The 2026 Convention was held at the Doubletree by Hilton Coventry, CV2 2ST. Room booking is now closed.

Because the hotel is much smaller than the Metropole, we suggest you book early to avoid disappointment. You may also wish to consider sharing a room with another fellow to bring costs down.

Our agreed convention booking rates at the Hilton include all the meeting rooms we use, parking, and a specially designed menu for dinner, served in our own separate room, in addition to the standard bed and breakfast cost.

We are contracted to sell a certain number of bedrooms in order to have the dinners and meeting rooms included, and are subject to a significant penalty if we don’t reach these targets. Please therefore book using the above link, ensuring that you are paying your portion of these costs as well as the basic cost of the bedrooms.

Our convention rate per night is £150 single occupancy and £210 for a shared room. Booking confirmation doesn’t mention dinner but please ignore that – it’s a generic booking confirmation and our deal definitely does include dinner.
